Have on-site people, my experience could have been prevented. If equipment was properly checked and actual UHaul employees not a mom and pop at there shop that just keeps the equipment on there land. Saves customer and the land owner both headaches. Proper response time on calls, in my experience i was transferred between 3 different departments after waiting 5-10 mins with each of them to tell me it’s not the department and or region. Will definitely just use local rental shops near me next time!

CATHY BThis is one of probably many sites that are maintained for online reservations only. My history with online is horrible. Equipment not there, trucks not there, empty fuel tanks. There doesn't seem to be any advantage to making a reservation anymore. The person at this site bent over backwards to help make a reservation since he normally just has the customer call Customer Service. I'm glad it all worked out but this is no way to run a business. Especially one that should have shown vast improvement in the computer age.
