While the equipment was dated, it seemed to be properly maintained. The staff wasn’t particularly warm, but they were efficient. This is a place where you rent a U-Haul and go—customer service isn’t really part of the experience.

CORRY SI was told the U-Haul tank was full and I needed to return it that way. I drove 37 miles total and had to put 9.5 gallons of fuel in it. There’s no way it was full when I got it.
