JENNIFER JI didn't even know what to do when I got there, the guy never came.out.to look at vehicle or anything and that made me nervous, he just yelled to me to set the keys down and that was it? First timer here... kind of confused
JESSICA LThe guy working the desk, said "we weren't expecting a truck". He acted like he didn't want me to leave it there. This entire return was a fiasco. No one gave me a location or address for the return. I had to find one myself in Mt. Pleasant. It was unorganized, stressful. No clear instructions which made it a very anxiety provoking experience.
