Better customer service and communication. The person at the store did not want to help me hook a trailer to my vehicle. It required a portable jack to lift the tongue but I guess he thought I should do it by hand. This was a two day rental from Friday to Sunday. I got a message on Tuesday saying I had not returned the trailer and asking if I wanted to extend my reservation . I returned the trailer at noon on Sunday, the store was closed so I parked it in the spot where I picked it up on Friday. Apparently they don’t check their lot on a daily basis. I was also charged an extra day of rental. Called customer service and received a refund. This was by a good experience overall. I will not do business at this location again.

The location was fine. They were closed on pick up and drop off (8am on a Sunday morning) The U-Haul experience its self was horrible!!! The truck on the app I reserved for pickup at this location wasn't able to be picked up (10ft) as the uhaul agent on the phone said that one couldn't be rented on the mobile app... then why was it an option on the mobile app when I set it up in the first place. The other options were a 5ft I believe (way to small) and so I had to pay more for a giant 26ft truck that drove like a tank,sooooo rough of a ride !!! It was so big my belongings were sliding around the whole trip. Not to mention it cut into my moving time by almost 2hrs by the time it was changed around so I could at least have a truck to use for the only day I had available. I had no desire to drive a truck that big on the first snow and ice of season,but didnt have a choice. Then when I made it back to drop it off by 8pm.the app wouldn't let me because it said the milage was less then what I started with !! They had something screwed up in the system for sure !! After having to call a agent ,yet again, to explain and drop the keys in the dropbox I had to go back to the business during open hours to figure it all out and have them take the charged difference off and to tell them about the truck that I couldnt get but could reserve. They ended up charging me for the 2ft truck So in a nutshell; reserved truck not available on mobile app, wayyyy to much truck, delayed in my move by almost 2hrs, over charged having to get a different truck out of what was available, bad experience picking up and dropping off, then it charged me for an additional day after I dropped the truck off,wasted time (I couldn't afford ) going back to the business when they were open to straighten everything out. It wasn't the business I'm giving a bad review of,it's the Uhaul business it's self!! What good is the mobile app if I have to go through all this just to rent a truck?
