While the equipment was dated, it seemed to be properly maintained. The staff wasn’t particularly warm, but they were efficient. This is a place where you rent a U-Haul and go—customer service isn’t really part of the experience.

I was told the U-Haul tank was full and I needed to return it that way. I drove 37 miles total and had to put 9.5 gallons of fuel in it. There’s no way it was full when I got it.

Charles RJust with the bad winter weather,, I would’ve said maybe it was something in the steering, but maybe just an alignment but other than that all around excellent service and easy process at their location.
SUSAN HBetter customer service and communication. The person at the store did not want to help me hook a trailer to my vehicle. It required a portable jack to lift the tongue but I guess he thought I should do it by hand. This was a two day rental from Friday to Sunday. I got a message on Tuesday saying I had not returned the trailer and asking if I wanted to extend my reservation . I returned the trailer at noon on Sunday, the store was closed so I parked it in the spot where I picked it up on Friday. Apparently they don’t check their lot on a daily basis. I was also charged an extra day of rental. Called customer service and received a refund. This was by a good experience overall. I will not do business at this location again.
