The service was great even though the keys for uhaul i rented was lost so was given another ihaul. The uhaul i was rented had a broken back door so we weren't able to move for hours till we had the door serviced. By that time my helpers couldn't help anymore. I did not get to finish moving and had to turn uhaul back in.
Angela GMy card was charged an extra 75 dollars a week after I returned the equipment with no call to me at all to tell me they were going to do it !
RENEE MWhen I got to the pickup location there were no packing pads, which I had reserved with my order 4 days prior. There should have been an email stating that the place I chose to do the pickup, did not have everything I reserved, I would have gone to another location. Waste of my time and his.
