DENE SMy Uhaul was not swept out by the previous user (left old broken bungee cords) but it did not impact my use. This experience was super easy and worth the money!
Olivia KWhen I picked up the truck, the back had dirt in it. There was no where on the online check in to say it was dirty. I also didn’t get the 12 furniture blankets I requested. I trusted the clerk & neglected to count them. Upon returning the truck, I was short 2 blankets which I never received in the first place. I had to pay $16 for them. That was my fault for not counting the blankets but the clerk didn’t give me the correct count in the first place. But - the location was convenient & the clerk was friendly.
