The man we dropped off the truck to was rude and said our truck was dirty with dirt inside the truck...it's dead of winter and muddy out! Charged me 25 bucks because of dirt inside.

Tim WIt was very interesting that they were open only 4 hours a day but the employees were very nice and the vehicle worked out great
DANIEL HI stopped by a day early just to check. glad I did, i was told Uhaul reschedule my pick up to another town 30 miles away. I was not notified. If I was 5 minuets later this uhaul would have closed for the next 4 days and I would have been in the cold with no trailer. Sartis Moving supplies got me hooked up and on schedule.
DAVID BLeaving the 26' truck with less than 1/4 tank of fuel was very disturbing, very frustrating. The last thing I want to do is go fill up the rental before I can even drive and load. The mobile check-in was a bit long. First time using mobile check-in/out and I didn't know it would to expect. The whole process was clear and effective though.
