THOMAS BTruck itself had an exhaust leak. It was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation in the truck. Major headache by the time I got back. I’d definitely recommend this location if they fix the mechanical issues. I had not choice but to drive it but was very uncomfortable with the loud noise
NICOLE LThe U-Haul needs improvement. It never gave the the combination or identification of the key lock box. I had to call customer support to access the truck’s key. This wasted 30 minutes of our time on a very busy day.
Robert BTruck was a piece of garbage. Was charged an insurance fee that I specifically said I didn't want. Truck was on empty at pickup. It was a miserable experience.
