Office was a pretty smokey environment. Yuk!
BRIAN LWe chose this location to drop off after a one way move, because it was the closest to our house. The people there were extremely rude, got mad because we opened the door of the building and would not allow us inside the office because they had dogs out, would not answer any questions, provide a receipt, etc. Told us to just put the keys in the drop box outside. We returned the truck a day earlier than reserved, but when I tried to log the return in my account later that day I was told it couldn't be processed because the business had not completed the check in yet. There is another location a few blocks away, I originally tried to choose as the drop off but it didn't show it available at the time I made the reservation. I wish I would have edited it later to switch to the Bradshaw location, I suggest anyone else do the same.
