The unit rented smelt like a dog kennel in the box. It had to be washed out before I could use it. The inside of the truck smelled like a wet dog had dog hair all over stuff, spilt in cupholders and end floor. The overall truck was very disgusting. I have rented from this location several times this is the first time that I have experienced this with this location. They did not seem to care was supposed to return a call on Monday morning as I had returned on Sunday as of Thursday I have still yet to receive a call, but they sure charged me the full amount.
