The entire experience was not pleasant. I first order an open utility 6 x 12 trailer with ramp from Autumn storage. Order was came up as some enclosed trailer. it was fixed then changed to a 5x9 trailer with ramp, which was fine either size was workable. Then I got a call that she need the vehicle info that was going to pull the trailer. I called her back with that. Then I got a call that a $60 deposit was needed that she was not able to finish the reservation. Then I got a call that the trailer was not available and discount muffler would have one. Tuesday on my way home from work I received call from office in Boise that first order was canceled and the trailer would be at Discount muffler, which opens at 10:00 am. which was not ideal. Got a call that morning from the owner of discount muffler that he would not be there until 10:30.am then he arrived at 10:45 which put our moving an hour behind schedule. so unfortunately is wasn't a pleasant experience. Rate for the trailer was great though. Returned with no issues.

NIKI CFriendly and helpful service - thank you. Trailer was in good condition and towed great. Only thing I did not like was the lack of a spare tire and travelling roads with very long distances between towns and very limited cell reception.
Pat LVehicle had just over 3/4 of a tank of gas when picked up.
