Yea, how am I going to get charged for a truck I never used. No one was there to help me get the keys. I called and canceled this reservation, went to a different U-Haul dealer and still got charged.

This is the only location I would recommend to anyone in Mountain Home Idaho. Onsite service is top of the line and I rent uhuals multiple times a month and I only trust this location for smooth transactions. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. However the app for self pickup sucks I can always count on the in person pickup to fix or make things right Id give 10 out of 5 if i could.
