This is the only location I would recommend to anyone in Mountain Home Idaho. Onsite service is top of the line and I rent uhuals multiple times a month and I only trust this location for smooth transactions. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. However the app for self pickup sucks I can always count on the in person pickup to fix or make things right Id give 10 out of 5 if i could.

Grace CIt would be helpful to check the allignment on tires. It was a little bumpy. Truck was spotless and had plenty of fuel for the first load. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Thanks for your help in a stressful mive. You are great!
Julie HI picked the location because I did not want to do a self dropoff. The location said they were open 'till 5pm on Sundays. But when I got there, the place looks like it hasn't been open in years. Might as well have been an empty lot with a dropbox. Worked fine so I'd recommend if someone wanted self dropoff, but that's not how it was listed.
