I dropped the keys in a drop box so I didn't speak with any personnel. It was an easy drop off experience.
ADAM TI have always used this location to rent equipment. Nichole has always been helpful getting setup. This is the best location.
Ron EI really can't say about the personnel as when i dropped off the equipment the location was closed for the holiday.
Macabe MYea, how am I going to get charged for a truck I never used. No one was there to help me get the keys. I called and canceled this reservation, went to a different U-Haul dealer and still got charged.
