Gotta figure a better system for securing straps in the back of the vehicle. The rails aren't useful for average straps

There was no signal, so I couldn't pick it up at the scheduled time of 7:00 a.m. They delivered it to me at 9:00 a.m., and I returned it at 8:40 a.m. the following day. The signal problem persisted. They charged me for an extra day, supposedly because they recorded that I returned it at 10:00 a.m.
