I want to first and foremost capitalize on the customer service being phenomenal between Tyler and Steven. Also, the virtual agent that helped me was fantastic. That being said, unfortunately, the moment I opened up the back of the truck there were a bunch of roaches that scattered along with ants throughout the truck. Spent 20 to 30 minutes, cleaning the back of the truck instead of trying to get a ride for a replacement. It would have been decent to receive a discount because of this matter. However, the representative on duty understood and took the feedback well and apologized and will be filing the complaint with his leadership.

They were already closed and We used the App to turn in the truck so there was no interaction with anyone at that location. The 1800 number We called to get a closer drop was excellent. I talked to Faith and she was very understanding and very helpful in finding a closer drop off. She did a great job and wish I could thank her more.
