I retuned the vehicle on Saturday 8/8/26 at about 7pm to a lady at Cardinals Fuel Quickway. She said she would tell her boss I returned it early. I found out on Monday, 8/10 that the vehicle had not been checked in or returned in their computer system. The lady on Saturday night didn't do her job. What is her job anyway? This UHAUL is a great place to pick up and drop off a UHAUL item. The check in people are lazy and do no do their jobs.
Nancy CThe app and check in and out process is very difficult. It logs you out of everything when your phone screen shuts off. The insane amount of pictures to take is completely ridiculous. Instructions for return are not clear.
Courtney SI was charged almost 200 dollars after being told it would only be 152. I would not recommend U-Haul again.
