There were vehicles parked near the exits so had to maneuver around to get the trailer out, woukd have been difficult for anyone not experienced

JAMES FThe location is a gas station. Lot isn’t much to look at. Pick up was fine, no issues. Noted that the trailer had one rim with damage at the tire bead. Later checked the tire pressure and it was dangerously low. Should have been checked at pick up location and either fixed or taken out of service.
