The trailer I reserved was apparently not available but there was one there the size I reserved? The attendant at the location was not overly familiar with trailers either. I received a call that they only had a bigger trailer and a trailer the size I reserved was only available 20 miles away. The bigger trailer probably cost me 300 in extra fuel. Not impressed!

Super easy drop off friendly staff

Tracy MAsked for receipt or if I needed to sign anything twice. Was told no. Said they would email receipt. Received nothing. Later got a call from Uhaul saying my return was late when I had returned it a day early.
BRETT CMy truck is was soooo dirty inside and the check engine light was on, didn’t get my equipment.
