i had to hookup the trailer by myself, he never came out, just told me which one to get, never saw him, a half ass location, he was supposed to come out and hook it up and take pictures, there again, a half ass operation

David Lyour uhaul app really needs to be reworked because it crashes really bad.
William TThe owner wasn't there and i had hooked up equipment by myself with a bad back. The drop was totally different as they helped.
ALLAN SI am currently in dispute for over charge as the dolly I requested was not present. Now they want $120 because I didn't return. They just keep taking money out of my account. I have witnesses to the absent dolly and will take action if not refunded all but the original charge. This has been a terrible expetience!
