TRACIE HDo not use the U-haul storage location! I waited for an employee. They say they open at 7am, I was to pick up my rental at 8. Nobody was there. I called U-Haul and they were baffled as well so they moved my pickup to mini storage located next door. The lady there was very knowledgeable and friendly. CHOOSE the mini storage location.
