The staff at this location was wonderful. She was professional, thorough, and courteous. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
SUSAN SThe manager promised us the larger van. It was rented out to someone else by the lady who was working the counter a few hours earlier, even though the smaller van was available. The manager said the larger van was reserved for us on the computer. Still, to ensure we received it, the manager left a note for the counter staff to reserve the larger van for us and instruct anyone coming to rent a van to take the smaller one instead. The counter person ignored the manager's note and rented out the larger van from under us. Not having the larger van caused us hardship. The counter lady offered no concessions except that she said we could transport our 15 dogs and supplies in a box truck!! One hundred degrees outside, and she wanted us to put our dogs' lives at risk because she ignored the manager's directions. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!
