We were inconvenienced, because two hours before our reservation we received a call to let us know that the local location did not leave the keys in the dropbox. Although we were given back the $50 refund guarantee, we ended up having to spend more money because we had to go further. I wish we could’ve been told a little sooner because we had to scramble to get there to pick it up.
