Not an ideal location .. met no one. Was told what to do over the phone.. Was told better to wait until morning for drop off. Iffy surrounding....a lot with a drop box.....no employees present

Service was very fast. Overall I think we were there no more than 20 minutes to pick our U-Haul up.
Susan WI only dropped off here so I didn’t see any personnel. It was nighttime and pretty dark in the lot. Not a well lit U-haul location, just a business parking lot. I had to stand in a messy area with metal and wood and weeds to take my return pics. I was late making my return and they didn’t harass me about it which was nice. Just one call. I’ve heard some places call and call and call. So thank you! It was a long hard drive.
JAIMEE HI cannot remember the young guy that helped me when I went in. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process being this was my first time using uhaul. I will definitely use uhaul service again. Thank you uhaul for a seamless experience.
SHARON CMaybe move the key drop box but that’s it , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure you understood everything before you left the lot . I would recommend and use them again!!!
