Edgar LI dropped off the vehicle on Monday.. not Tuesday. The owners were not present and there was no inspection by the clerk. I filled the tank to the level I received it at. Perhaps the vehicle was used in thw 24 hours that it was not in my possession?? I disagree with thr 20 gas charge.
