Hello. Firstly, I was lucky enough to even get the van that I got. It needed maintenance. A situation that shouldn’t have to stress about. Secondly, no blankets were available at this location. A simple heads up would have been nice. Thirdly, the employees at the store were pleasant and helpful. Overall, my rental experience was okay. Communication between U-Haul, the store and customer could do with some improvement. Thanks

Catherine HWas given 2 days notice that I was getting a bigger truck than i ordered months before. I was charged for the bigger truck along with another $90 to change my ferry reservation to accommodate the bigger truck. I would appreciate more notice next time or at least a heads up that reserving the truck is not a guarantee, which I was told it was.
