Nothing to do with the location, the boxwood location and the person running it were great, but my reservation was changed from a different location to this one, and a different, later time. This was all done the day of and without consulting me. That was not a good experience

dayna aThere was pop splashed on the head liner of the cab. I also purchased 2 Queensize mattress covers, 1 for.box spring & 1 pullow top. Both bags split open when we tried to put them over tye box spring & mattress. For what you charge for these, you'd think they would at least make it through 1 move. We never even got to the truck.
ROBERT WVivian is so kind and helpful! I have rented from this location several times and every time has been a 5 star experience. Vehicles have always been available and easy to pick up and drop off. Would recommend!
