AARON PAfter an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with the website and app, I decided to just go into a location, and I'm so glad I did! The guy we dealt with (I feel terrible I can't remember his name) was super helpful and got us in a truck in minutes! (thankfully he had one available) He was so helpful as I had never rented a U-Haul before, and there was next to no information on the website for what to do or expect. I strongly recommend the Boxwood location if you need a truck in Nanaimo, BC. Fantastic, friendly service that completely turned my day around!
