Everything rent perfect - the rep was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. One could tell he cared. One recommendation I have is in the office section put a chair that a senior and get in and out of easy - one with arms and is higher than the standard chair.

Chelsey LI’m very satisfied with my experience and would rent a U-Haul from this location again.
Jennifer SI booked a 15-ft truck several weeks in advance for my one-way move. However, just two days before pickup, I discovered that my reservation had been automatically changed to a 10-ft truck without any email, phone call, or other notification. When I contacted U-Haul, I was told that there was no 15-ft truck available for a one-way rental. If that was the case, why was I allowed to reserve one in the first place without any warning about availability? Changing the truck size only two days before a move, especially without notifying the customer, is extremely inconvenient and disruptive. A smaller truck significantly affected my original moving plan and forced me to make last-minute adjustments. I understand that availability can change, but customers should at least be informed immediately when such a major change is made to their reservation. This experience was very disappointing.
