daniel cThe phone number did not work for Steel Storage. i even got the number from their website. Other than that everything was amazing and easy pick-up/drop-off
Matthew DI almost had my car stuck the grounds were not plowed and very slippery even had a hard time getting the Uhaul through it.
ANDREA LApp did not give me a code as to were to get key. Had to wait an hour for employee to show up and was late. Gave me a different van as the one I was booked for was parked in a snow banks and was unable to take pictures because it was to close to other vehicles. On the computer the van showed 1/2 tank of gas when I started it it was on 1/4 tank. Had to get the employee to come look at it so she could see it. Was told I would get a 20% discount which I DID NOT.
