We made reservations for a 10 foot truck at a different location and when we showed up for pickup, the truck wasn't available. We were sent to the 5 Inglis Street location and were offered a 26foot truck. That's all that was left. We reluctantly rented that truck becausenwe were in a pinch and when we arrived at our festival site 25mins away, we opened the back to load up and the truck had multiple tvs, tires, car batteries and other junk in it. And MOUSE DROPPINGS!! My idea of UHaul being a reputable company is out the window.

donna mNot happy with how I was handled. I booked a 15 foot truck iin Noth Sydney. Was called a couple hours later saying I couldn't have the truck i booked. They said I had to take a 10 foot truck and drive to Sydney to pick it up and drop it back of in Sydney. I live on the Northside. Not happy I had to drive 25 mins. Away to get a truck that was not what what I ordered.
