How U-Haul Reviews WorkYour app needs some work. The scanner didn't work, the "upload image" did not work, your support staff could do little to solve the problem, your app did not "want" to take the back of my driver's license. I spent two hours trying to "pick up" the truck i had reserved the day before. Your app also didn't allow me to update my address, it was showing very old addresses. Your app kept giving me errors. The location attendant was finally able to somehow take the picture(s) of my DL to complete the pick up.
Ismael CTold me I was an hour late after not giving me a drop off time and said they had a reservation waiting. There was a truck in the lot waiting. Then refused to refund the mileage un used. The guy estimated 40 but only 30 was unused. Incredibly rude. I needed the truck to clear out my deceased dad’s stuff. And told them that at pick up.
Amanda BThere was no signage to say were to drop off the key , I was expecting a stand alone Box labeled UHAUL return Kiosk , I walked all the way around the building not finding any directions on what to do , I eventually went inside the store and had to ask were to drop the key for UHAUL , the counter clerk was who there said was to give the key to him
