It’s daunting to leave the rental outside the locked gate as instructed by the virtual assistant. However, I appreciate the drop off ability after hours. The first location in Naples was awful. On a busy road with no where to turn into the parking lot to return. I had to call and get this location- CS was very helpful but it was annoying to add an hour to my return trip because the first location was a disaster. They soundly even answer the phone for the CS person when they called the manager to find out what was going on.
Melissa KI would not have wanted to do a lot of night driving with the truck; the headlights were extremely out of adjustment.
