Inform people to go to gas station on that property rather than to the repair shop. Shop wasn’t opened at pickup time so Inwaited around 30 minutes for them to open to tell me to go to another building. When I got to the other building, a gas and convince store the lady there gave me a phone number to call to pick up trailer

Pick up location did not have a valid phone number to reach party renting trailer. Once I got to the location, rental was performed by verbal conversation.
