The reason that I would not recommend this location to a friend is that according to your website it supposed to be very close to me. But in reality I had drive almost 10 miles to pick up a truck! Since you are charging $1.19 per mile, I had to pay extra $23.80?!
LENNY KSeveral issues and concerns with the truck. The location is great but the person that was working at the time of pickup was somewhat helpful.
KEITH MBeware they close at 2:00 PM. Everything else went very smooth.
Warren FI went to the app and use the app to reserve a truck and it had me reserve it at the Logan Boulevard location, which was convenient to me, but when I called that morning, they said they no longer have trucks at that location that I had to go to Randall Boulevard so it’s stupid that you made me reserve at Logan And Randall Blvd. did not have my reservation so I had to start the whole thing all over again, so please take Logan off the app and the website that says that they rent trucks when it does not. It was a pain in the ass and I almost didn’t get a truck so I’m not happy with U-Haul at all, but the Randall location was very good
