Michael LI had a very bad experience with this location. First, there was no human present. I waited for someone to show up until I realized I had to interact with a virtual assistant. I had to do a virtual assistant until a representative came on screen who then said the property manager would have to drive there from another property. Property manager then took keys from my fiancé then disappeared with the truck meanwhile the representative said I (not him or the property manager) had to close out the truck rental via APP only! I had no keys and had to wait for the property manager to resurface with the truck (she never met me in the office per the representative). I am requesting that the 2hrs. over time be reimbursed to me due to 1) Not being told I had to bring truck back before a particular time 2) I had to wait for the property manager who never closed out the truck rental 3) Overall bad experience.
Richard CNo one was there to help me, so I had to used the Kios machine. It was a little bit stressful at first but the live assistance was great.
