Was very good
BENTLEY MMaintain your vans cleanliness and operability. There were lights on the dash for the battery, the sliding door wouldn't even open. The cab was filthy with gummies on the floor and food wrappers in the cup holders. No one had inspected this vehicle before I took it out. And clearly they haven't been inspecting this vehicle for some time now.
Kelly COffice was closed when we arrived. There was no cellphone service or internet so it was impossible to pick up the van without driving somewhere else to get service so we could call customer service and also use the app. Also, the inside of the truck where the cargo goes was filthy! Shame on U-haul! Very disappointing. Why do you use this location when it’s impossible to use your app or reach your customer service reps to be able to check in and get the keys???
