The first truck I was supposed to get , the check engine lights was on. I received another truck and the heat didn’t work ( it was one of the coldest day of the month). While driving the second truck, the transmission and drive axle were vibrating very badly. I think in the future I will rent from a different truck rental company. This is the second bad experience I have had with U-Haul. And, your rates are very expensive.

Windshield was extremely dirty. Engine light was on and sounded like it was falling apart. Did better when it got up to speed. People at the location were very polite and nice.

BRITTANY DThe drop off location was unexpected as it is a Vape store. That said, the lady was very nice and professional. She was instrumental in helping find my grandson's phone, which he left in the truck.
ROSOLYN SParking with a 26 ft truck was a little more difficult but we figured it out. We dropped off after hours so didn’t have a chance to interact with anyone but drop off process was also pretty easy
