The Uhaul truck had a tire leak. Uhaul was unable to fix it or provide the size truck that I needed. This was a bad experience. That is why I requested my money back via Paypal.

TAMMY LI was asked to drop the truck off to a different location than where i chose to drop off. This can be inconvenient when people are finishing up a move and are very tired. I planned out my day already…but everything else was fine.
