The truck itself was visibly clean but it reeked of cigarette smoke. We couldn't even run the air conditioner because someone who had used it previously had smoked so much that it was coming through the air vents. We were also disappointed that the truck we got didn't have a ramp. The app didn't work well either for us.
STACEY HIt was supposed to be closed, but there was a very helpful lady there, and she helped us get unhooked and checked in. Very thankful!
