GRAHAM SI was informed at pickup that I did not have the two wheel cart or furniture pads even though I picked up the keys from an attendant at the location. I had to return to the location after I had opened the truck to find it was missing. A heads up would’ve been helpful. I understand small locations cannot guarantee these items will be provided but they should have at least told me that.

CARRIE BSubject: Refund Request for Equipment Number [DC4869U] To U-Haul Management, I am writing to request a full refund for my recent one-way rental from [Starting City] to [Georgia City] on [Date]. The staff at the pickup location were professional and helpful. However, the 10 foot truck provided was not roadworthy. I did not notice the mechanical issues until the vehicle was fully loaded and I entered the freeway. Vehicle Issues Severe Vibration: The steering wheel and cabin shook violently at speeds over 45 mph. Burning Odor: A strong smell of burning oil or rubber filled the cabin throughout the trip. Mechanical Noise: The engine and transmission made loud grinding sounds. This was the most dangerous driving experience I have ever had. I have video footage of the dashboard shaking and the engine noise during the trip. When I arrived at the Georgia drop-off location, the receiving staff heard the noises coming from the vehicle. They immediately marked the truck as "Dead on Line" and told me it would be taken out of service for repairs. I paid for a reliable vehicle, but received a safety hazard. Because the truck was in unacceptable condition, I am asking for a refund of the rental rate and mileage charges. I have attached my receipt and can provide the video files upon request. RODNEY GThanks for the customer service! Very convenient location, I will be back. Only issue to report is noise from a seal on the driver door. Sounds like the window is open a little but and air whistles in, but the window is closed as far as I can tell. That noise would drive me crazy if I had to drive much further than East Nashville. Hope that can be fixed.
NELSON RIt was an exceptional experience, as far as renting a trailer goes haha. Britney was great and very helpful. The fella that works with her did a jam up job as well. The trailer handled everything I needed it to, it was clean and well maintained. I want to state again Britney and her partner gave wonderful customer service. If I ever need to rent a trailer or a box truck in or around Nashville, Tennessee that will be the location that I go to from now on.

NATALIE HThe price was alittle steep I was going to do one way but it was going to cost $400 to drop it off 80 miles away thats crazy so I had to bring it all the way back to donelson. But my uhaul dealer was amazing she was helpful and informative. Me and my daughter had a layover after drop off where we waited for our ride. And she was so thoughtful and kind and let us hang around her business until our ride got there. I cant recommend brittni enough. If you ever find yourself needing a uhaul check her out shes on donelson pike.
