Didn't have the size I requested a week in advance. They phoned me when I was halfway to N.B from Ontario to tell me I had to drive a bigger truck and pick up at a different location. I get about 4 hours sleep to be woken up at 7am by phone, to be given another location further away to pick-up truck. Also no one there at the location to service me, I had to deal with everything, over the phone with no data. I booked hotel closest to second location I was given, which was inconvenient forcing me to start my day earlier. And they never confirmed return location by text. Plus, the inconvenience of driving a larger truck in tight areas. i really only needed a 10ft truck but choose the 15ft for the ramp. Plus, even though your sight says the 15 and 20ft have the same gas milage, I doubt that when loaded.
