The original truck and pick up location was changed from my reservation. This caused me to drive0 further to pick it up and tripled my mileage.

You have completely digitized the transaction. Not everyone has a smart phone and is proficient with it. Also, you only take credit cards, what if a person doesn't have a credit card. I have a few friends who don't have one. Are they excluded from renting. And now you have my card info and can charge as much as you want whenever you want. I have lost control of my card. I don't like that.

IAN CApp isn’t great. I ended up calling
brent cGreat experience! The only thing was the u-haul had a hard time shifting, sounded like something was wrong with the transmission. The engine light was on when we got it. Glad we didnt have far to drive it.
