Great experience! The only thing was the u-haul had a hard time shifting, sounded like something was wrong with the transmission. The engine light was on when we got it. Glad we didnt have far to drive it.

RYAN LThe issues we had this morning with our original pickup location, Sussex nb. Terrible. Terrible service. Terrible management. We didn’t get our truck. Thank goodness for Duncan in traffic’s division. He helped us out and we greatly appreciated. He sent us to wannaker location and he got us a truck. Again thank you for helping us. Only complaint about the truck is it is not inspected. It expired in January. My other complaint is we got charged an additional amount. And not sure why. But truck is back to wannaker location and full. Cleaned out.
