Start wirlth 225 miles left and returned with 240 miles left. Still charged for extra fuel money. Unfair and ridiculous.
Hua WThe specific location was great. However two times in a row now with U-Haul when I've shown up I've been told my trailer/truck was actually only available at a different location and I was never notified. When I make the reservation I pick a specific location close to me, on purpose, and then when I show up to that location I'm told I have to go elsewhere, and that's very frustrating. Luckily when I showed up for the 16' car hauler I reserved he had on site so I didn't have to actually drive to a different place. But it's very frustrating to be told your equipment you reserved isn't available and to not have had advance notice in regards to that!
DAVID SWe had two tires on the car trailer blow out during the drive. They were repaired. It took us 11 hours for a 5.5-6 hour trip. I would ask that the windshield be cleaned off next time as well. The rep there was great however!
