I was originally scheduled to pick up a 10' box truck at the Monticello location on 5/18/26 at 11:00. On Sunday I received a text message informing the pick up location was changed to Nellysford, VA which was 35 miles further away and the vehicle was changed to a 15' box truck. Upon arrival the Uhaul system was down and I was given the keys and was told someone would be in touch. On 5/19 I started receiving calls and texts the the pick up was the 19th at 08:00. Upon calling customer service I was told they had no record of me having a vehicle despite already driving to Bethlehem.
