We did a quick morning drop off and self checkin via the UHaul website. They weren't quite yet open, but nice guy cleaning the parking lot greeted us warmly and told us we were good to go, they'd do their end soon.

I was originally scheduled to pick up a 10' box truck at the Monticello location on 5/18/26 at 11:00. On Sunday I received a text message informing the pick up location was changed to Nellysford, VA which was 35 miles further away and the vehicle was changed to a 15' box truck. Upon arrival the Uhaul system was down and I was given the keys and was told someone would be in touch. On 5/19 I started receiving calls and texts the the pick up was the 19th at 08:00. Upon calling customer service I was told they had no record of me having a vehicle despite already driving to Bethlehem.
