Limited hours. Didn't have the moving blankets as requested on the contract yet still charged. Trying to get that reversed, but no luck so far. Call them and it goes straight to voice mail, never got a call back either time.

I did an after hours drop off so I had no interaction with personnel. I was unsure where to park the truck at first but saw the key drop after looking at the parking lot.
