THE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY LOCATIONS WERE BOTH GREAT... WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT A SURVEY EVALUATING THE PHONE AND SET-UP SERVICE WE HAD TO WORK WITH WHILE SETTING UP USE OF THE EQUIPMENT... BECAUSE IT WAS LOUSY.
