Most of my review stems from the VERY COLD weather that day. After I took photos of the first truck, found out it wouldn't start so had to start all over for a second (much larger than needed/reserved) truck. After getting 2nd truck to location where I used it, found that the latch to open the back was frozen in place and the EZ load ramp was frozen in place,. The rental pick up location could use some additional staff - the lone person working there had to handle everything (much more than just dealing with renting out UHaul trucks). He was calm & dealt with issues well, but the whole process took much longer than I had hoped for (on an already stressful day).

The location is inconvenient and the proprietor was less than knowledgeable on the rental procedure. The hitch lock on the trailer was barely operational, it took several attempts to lock it it to the ball. The staff member "helping" me hook up the trailer didn't know how to connect a trailer.
JONATHON HThe rental of the 10' box truck was fairly easy to do overall. I love that I could find a truck to rent in the needed location so easily. The service at the rental location was only average. I had to ask a lot of questions to figure out what to do and how to do it. The gentleman renting the vehicle did not explain the process or offer helpful information. Also, I received the vehicle with only 1/8 tank of gas. This made it necessary to immediately find a gas station that I was comfortable enough pulling into to put gas in the vehicle before I could use it. I would recommend that others find a more helpful location to rent.

RONALD RSo I got a call about 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my truck that it wasn't running and they just said call the main number. Almost rude about it. They did find me a truck but I had to drive almost half an hour 1 way to get it. I didn't have a full tank and the engine light came on almost immediately. It was not clean. I really didn't like the added distance for pick up and drop off because I am paying per mile. I really think you should refund the per mile cost I paid because it was such a bad experience. Also, it was a really loud ride, like a window was stuck open or the door didn't close tightly. Just not good. Thomas Balistreri Rental was on Saturday, December 6th
