Make the no hassle pickup truly a no hassle pickup I was told three different things then I was called and got an offer then I was calling said the offer was gone then I was asked could I drop it off a specific location I did but I paid the same price whether I did or didn't just drove extra 3 hours with it but again it moved my furniture that's what I needed to do just things should be a little easier as they say they are I rented U-Haul several times over the years due to being military this is probably my least favorite experience

The place I picked up truck was very friendly people and very helpful don’t change nothing. Monettes is great.
Susan HThe people were really nice, but the vehicle was really dirty inside and out. Could hardly see through the windshield. Parking lot was really muddy so I'm sure that contributed.
ROSE WEnsure that the pickup located is more knowledgeable about how the cash deposits work. We were told we would get the cash deposit back in cash once we delivered the equipment, but then found out that was not true.
