Dropping off was the easiest part of the entire process. I didn’t get the guy’s name, but he was absolutely wonderful to work with.

RONALD CWe found the location via GPS without problem. The drop off location was simple enough. We parked the rental in an area that had other U-Haul vehicles but is not clearly marked. "Cean and inviting" is probably not important here. I would say 'clean enough'. The parking lot is across from the store. When you walk in the store, a gentleman at the counter took our key, nothing more. There was not someone 'official' to collect the key. We were told we would get an email when the truck was checked over. The neighborhood is very modest but not threatening. I would not want to arrive in the dark unless you are familiar.
