There was no issue with the gentleman handling the customer service. The truck was filthy inside and I was not supplied with the equipment I had reserved.

Cecil CUsed online check in and everything was super easy. Truck was immaculate. Huge parking lot made it very easy to get in and out. This is business is open Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm, so if you need a truck (or to return it) outside of those hours, do it online. There are other businesses in the building but the cellphone store is the only place that can help. 10/10 recommend.
