Cecil CUsed online check in and everything was super easy. Truck was immaculate. Huge parking lot made it very easy to get in and out. This is business is open Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm, so if you need a truck (or to return it) outside of those hours, do it online. There are other businesses in the building but the cellphone store is the only place that can help. 10/10 recommend.
Robert HThe guy working said they were closed and I could do it on line only. The place was open till 5:00pm. He wouldn’t help pick up the trailer. I have a bad back and I had a hard time lifting the trailer. I will never go back. That is a sad place for uhaul to do Business
