The remote/mobile pickup option did not work. The vehicle was parked in by another U-Haul vehicle and the key could not be retrieved from the box - the 4-character code was correctly entered but the lock stayed completely shut. Ultimately the most serious issue is that the lock box is low and behind some equipment in a narrow space and there is an extremely dangerous sharp metal corner of a box overhead when you're crouched down. I hurt myself, and then warned my husband about it who still nearly hit his head as we both tried and failed to get the lock to open.
