The box truck leaked water all over furniture. End up doing some damage to some of the cabinets. Box truck was fairly new with only 700 miles on it.

I have had difficulty with the UHaul app, but was able to turn in the truck after hours without the app and with no difficulty. This experience was infinitely better than the gun shop in Winsted. I'm pleased to be able to rent a truck without being exposed to an arsenal of weapons.
