Nice location, friendly staff, had the vehicle I needed, convenient pickup and dropoff, reasonable price. There was a mix-up about the the cleanliness of the vehicle but it was resolved and I would use them again and recommend to others.
Peter GBig negative with UHaul. I rented a 20’ truck approximately 2 weeks before I needed it. The day before, UHaul calls to inform me that a 20’ truck is unavailable unless I am willing to go to Putnam, CT, nearly 1:15 away. Samantha, your agent, was very much “take it or don’t “. Not at all the pinnacle of customer service.
