Friendly and responsive service. There was some misunderstanding on whether straps are included or not but that would’ve just been a perk because online U-Haul says they aren’t included. They were helpful as well even with attaching the hauler to the truck. Great people on site.
KIM TWebsite said they were open until 530. They closed at 5. They were no help in correcting my bill because they were trying to close. I am being charged for things that I did not need/take. I rented a tow dolley not a truck. Should not of been charged for a two wheel and moving pads

BRYAN LI used the after hours pick up service and the lock did not work smoothly. It was dirty and the mechanism did not work easily with the correct code. I had to pry the lock open with a tool to make it work. I did not have to break it, it was just so dirty that it did not work easily. It just needed to be cleaned and lubricated and it would be fine.
